Get some professional advice from a lawyer, or hire fire expert directly and have them do an investigation on your behalf. Don't do it yourself. Also, nobody in this forum can be of much help to you due to the fragmented infomation that would be exchanged.
Again, retain the services of a professional lawyer or forensic investigator (preferrably both) if it is that important for you to find out the exact cause and responsibility of your loss.
