Contact either the state rep for the national fire academy or contact the fire academy itself and get the o&c class for officers brought to your state. It is free.

Bennett, Robert J. Field Training Spec (301) 447 1483 good guy to talk to at the nfa

Also contact some larger departments in your area andmost will come in and give a class for free or buy them a lunch.

Contact ATF and one of thier agents when they have time can give a class free or one lunch

Contact some of the police departments and they can give general classes on preserving evidence.
