Have you concidered spontaneous combustion. The inside of metal barns like my sister in law owns can get extremely hot inside and if oil leaked into any hay rags etc spontaneous commbustion is a real posibilty.
I have poped 195 degree heats in my sister inlaws barn more than once in the hayloft part on warm days.
