I don't remember the details of it, but a few years back (I'm guessing 5) a New Orleans Police Officer was shot and injured....serious, but not life threatening.
He was having a surgery and was receiving oxygen when a tool in the OR caused an ignition of the O2. It cooked his lungs and died a couple of days later. Don't remember all of the details but that is the just of it.
