Because of Katrina, I have heard from several manufacturers that there may have been some contractual government liability exemptions granted manufacturers due to the FEMA Spec Requirements for the building of the units. This was due to the sheer size of the catastrophy and other significant factors.

I personally have not heard about this one, but would be very interested if you could contact me privately to discuss this.
