There are small fan units in top and botom sections of refrigerator.
They are supose to be impedance protected against overload. but have seen them get hot enough to melt plastic.
also
Check compressor area have seen fires start in the relay area under refrigertor and as foam has expanded and burns off as gas it proceeds up into the box
