Gas and cigaretts are like the bumble bee it's not supposed to be able to fly but it does. One would think cigs on their face should be able to ignite gas vapor but they do not because they have plenty of temp. It is also a misconception that gas will ignite on a hot engine exhaust but it just won't on a normally running engine. I am suprized every day as to the amount of investigators that believe still that they will.
