We have a major court case (disguised as an Inquest, but all parties have their big guns out on it, including legal teams and their FI's out from the US)
going on in our Cape Town High Court regarding a fatal fire in a FORD Kuga (subject to a major recall here after > 50 fires; although I think this fire is unrelated).
With so many fingers (police FI's, Insurance FI's, Manufacturer FI's) in the pie,
I wonder whether spoilation will raise it's ugly head... (they examined the vehicle at different times).
Also set to be a barney between local FI's and the Manufacturer with their hired guns.
