I am in need of some information for a fatality investigation that involves a Class C, canister type artillery shells pyrotechnic device. Among the information that I need is the minimum/maximum velocity of the device, the nomenclature of the device and how it is design to perform.

I know the name of the product that I am investigating and the manufacture which is located in China but have been unable to find someone to assist me with the information.
