I agree my take on it in this conversation was I had been working a case with a joint exam that took over a month to get togeather before the scene was examined. I had reviewed photos, contracts, records, statements, fire reports, took interviews and placed others on notice for the joint exam. I had over 6 plus hours of billing before I ever went to look at the fire scene how in the world can anyone say the investigation had not started yet. Crazy
