Digital allows storage for a very long time.
I used to use paper notes and such, they all have been scanned and digitized.
It allows me to keep everything post 2015. I have paper files and CD’s from before that.
To directly answer your question, it is always weird destroying old files, so I just keep the digital files FOREVER.
