Here is a link to Ileana Segura's excellent reporting on the case, which includes a link to the 19-page order that not only vacated Mr. Garrett's wrongful conviction, but also found him ACTUALLY INNOCENT of the crime (which was not a crime).

I was pleased to see the Judge make several references to the Han Tak Lee case.
