Steve I agree but the mistakes that were made in this case one of several that was the ATF agent did Not know the differance between a Combustible and Flammable ;iquid and therefore thought and testifed in court that Claude must have set this fire by pouring out a large amount of Kerosene and lighting it that then flashed causing his burns to his hand and face in 50 degree weather was just so out there. And after being in the fire investigation industry for 6 years something that a first day newbie learns was just well alot of words come to mind.
