There were more than 190 delegates, presenters, sponsors, spouses, and specially invited guests in attendance from seven different countries (Barbados, Canada, Holland, Israel, Peoples Republic of China, Uganda, and the USA. There were more than 46 papers presented over the three days, a special “Experts Seminar on Fire Patterns,” with a distinguished panel of experts including: Carpenter, Babrauskas, DeHaan, Drysdale, Gorbett, Hicks, Hopkins, Icove, and Lentini, and a special post-Symposium forum meeting of the NFPA 921 Committee presided over by 921 Committee chairman Dan Churchward on the fourth day.

I especially want to acknowledge the participation of delegates who are also regular contributors to this forum (whom I hope will please forgive me if I miss any of them in this list): Dr. Vyto Babrauskas, Doug Carpenter, Phil Crombie, Greg Gorbett, Ron Hopkins, Rich Kovarsky, John Lentini, Dr. Jim Munger, Jim Shanley, and Denny Smith.
