It has been my observation that the qualifications of any instructor to teach the particular subject are most important.
Getting instruction in "old wive's tales" and pseudo-science has been the bane of the fire investigation profession for decades.
Instruction by unqualified or mis-educated instructors is worse than no instruction at all, and only perpetuates the myths.
How is one to decide the quality, not only the availability, of the instructors listed.?
