Has anyone ever seen or heard of a person charged with reckless or negligent arson because they were not careful enough in the use of gasoline? Specifically if they were using a gasoline dampened rag to clean grease off tools and a fire occurred (cause undetermined, may have been careless smoking or may have been nearby gas-fired appliance)?
