If an investigator assists his or her client in winning a case, we know there is a winner and a loser in the case, so by winning isn’t the investigator advancing his or her statue as an expert. Is this what you are trying to say, that in some way this person has done something wrong? With out knowing your background it is hard to understand were you are heading and why you are heading in that direction.
