those in our local store are all the microwave-variety.
LOL nukes hers for 5 minutes on High, pops it under her down duvet, and runs a bath...
Microwaves work by heating water in objects; how hot can the buckwheat get?
If James could, in the interest of our profession,
nuke his for say 5 minutes on High at stick a thermocouple in it...
