what type of kitchen commercial or residental
what type of oven one designed to use coals??
what type of exhaust system??
vent a hood involved??
were filters in place if vent a hood used??
when you say serviced what do they do?? do tehy clean from the kitchen all the way through to the exhasut fan on the roof??
if the roof is still left is there grease build up on the roof??
