I am sorry you feel this way John, I did not however misrepresent any facts, as I explained to you in your private message. If it appears im advocating the states case, it may just be because you posted several for the record comments, that I felt needed clarification. If I ever said anything that added to or took away from a fact, I am unaware of it, and would certainly take the comment back if it was pointed out. Your main point you presented to me about misrepresenting a fact me saying that a dog hit near the front door. To be more precise, a canine by the name of Tina hit near the front entrance. Dog hit by the front door. Same thing. The report stated it, Im just repeating it. The only samples the report speaks of as having been tested and found positive of gasoline were the two samples taken from the west side of the slab. Which is what I said.

I do not mean to sound slanderous, for that I apoligize, but I do feel compelled to fill in the blanks when needed.
