I totally agree, and my comment that the dogs hit are not to say that should be the only evidence submitted. In actuallity if you want to know. The samples that were tested positive are not even a part of Dr. Dehaans report that he ruled it to be arson. So don't get too worried, it was mentioned and I clarified what was in the report by the fire marshal for the benefit of the forums knowledge. The samples or the dog hits arent a part of Dehaans findings, in fact you only hear of them in the one report. I did think it was sad that more samples were not taken, based on the Dog hitting. I also feel that it was possible that the lab may have missed something on the samples that were sent. Just my opinion though and myself trying to make sense of it.
