Floor exposure from mattress fire

I am currently investigating a house fire. I have several hits from K9 detection and will be sending samples to a lab soon. There are two beds in the house with conventional box springs and mattresses. The beds were both on frames which held them 3 or 4 inches above the floor. There is extensive fire damage to flooring under the beds but no damage to flooring away from the beds. My question is how much floor damage can be expected from the radiant heat of a mattress fire in a room that did not go to flashover. Any opinions are appreciated.
