I would check with the manufactuer and AGA to make sure the flu assembly was properly designed. Modern furnaces require different set ups than older units.
especailly if this furnace is a 80% efficent unit and not a 99% efficent unit

there were many problems with flues on the 80% units damaging flues.

Modern furnaces are not to be put into old chimmney assemblys unless a stainless steel furnace liner is installed.

There are also problems with hot water tanks and modern furnaces being combined into same chase as well.
