Using an @arson dog" isn't the problem. Read the story. The problem is the unusual abilities that these beasts appear to have. People are jumping to conclusions that are without scientific basis.
"A dog trained to assist in arson investigations determined the fuel used to start the fire also was found inside a vehicle outside the home that burned. Some fuel was spilled outside the residence, and in at least two other spots in the home where the fire began, police said."
If the dog really could match these samples, we'd all be impressed. And yes, I'd say it truly was an "arson dog."
