If I understand the module it is addressing gasoline vapors only. It also appears the module is speaking about a pool of gasoline.

My question would be if the gasoline is allowed to vaporize in a closed in area would this change the conditions to where ignition is possible. May say the same thing about methane and a cigarette. The old Bureau of Mines was involved in testing where they achieved ignition of methane. This was under special conditions. I wonder if the same could not take place with gasoline vapors. Just a thought.
