Forget about the ATF testing, the Underwriter’s Laboratory has done extensive testing on the ability of aerosol containers spreading fires. Anyone knowing the reasons for the method of storage for aerosols would know about this hazard. I suggest they watch a you tube video titled Aerosol Cans 'Become Missiles' During Fire. If anyone can look at that video and not say that in the Lone Star Guns case there is the possibility the aerosols could have caused other fires, well you would need to make your own judgement about that answer. Why would all the building and fire codes give aerosols a special hazard classification if there was not chance of them spread fires.

Let’s face it, the judge sided with the person because of the badge not the science.
