Yep one problem with ICC,
In some ahj's once they adopt the I codes, they have to have copies for anyone to look at. Plus if a page or two is wanted, the person can request a copy of it.
Which includes adopting some of the NFPA stanards.
Along with Upcodes, having the complete codes on their web site.
