Does anyone have or know of any information related to an indirect lighting strike as being the source of ignition for a structure fire? I am curious at what distances that lighting can travel after contact with the Earth, how it dispersers after contact and the effects of the mineral composition in the soils have in relationship to the resistance vs. conductivity during a ground strike?
