We may differ in the method but we want the same outcome. I really think your method can comeback and bit the good investigators. What you are instructing other to do is use other areas of the document to disqualify the investigator. You cannot say they only need to know this one subject. Of the sixteen listed one can use one or more to achieve the same results. I have been tempted to use it but backed off and attacked the use of the scientific method. I have been successful with my approach.
I agree these types need to be challenged.
