Hello,
The word "vitiating" was used in your response. I know I'm from "Up Nort" and even in my advancing years I am still gaining vocabulary volume but that one threw me. A real 50 cent word.
However, in the spirit of self-education I did take the time to look it up. Since I thought it was related to our work I looked in 921. Not there. Was it suibmitted for consideration in the recent proposals?
Here it is for others of limited vocabulary: vitiating = to destroy or drastically reduce the effectiveness of something, or make it invalid
Have fun!
PEACE!
