I believe for the limited time available they did a good job showing old technology and knowledge as compared to the present state of knowledge. The two gripes I have are with the comment about education and them making it look like only the public sector has investigators that have not kept up with the state of knowledge. We all know this condition is not limited to any one group. I have seen persons with all kinds of degree that used old technology when conducting investigations. I seen persons without degrees, but with a lot of self education out shine the person with the degree.
