Steve Avato follows a standard of care. his standards are what we should try to live up to. you are obvioulsy having trouble trying to digest any standard of care. you should look yourself in the mirror and ask why. IF you do understand a secondary event. Why does everyone need to know ? If there was a standard in place we would all assume that everyone understood.
