The fire came out of the filler tube that is flush to the concrete of the driveway and unerneath the manhole cover, is the vault described by Nick. The manhole or person hole cover weight is about 150 lbs. on a hinge with six 7/8's nuts with L locking pins. The filler tube has a locking hinged cap and under the manhole cover the product is delivered through the five inch hole that is protected by a spring loaded cap that is a about 8-10 lbs. in weight.

When the LACo FD arrived the fire was eminating out of the filler tubes. The flame length was about 18 inches in height. The gas station operator said the inital flame lenth after the explosion was 4 feet in lenth.

Thanks for the help.
Best regards, Tony
