Dr. Vyto,
The temperature from the TLS was 66 Degree F. at 0630 hrs. That is the temp in the vault itself.
I told Dr,Carlos Fernando Pella about this incident and he said he has not heard of such an incident.
The Fire Department was told a vehicle drove over the man hole cover prior to the explosion.
