In the vault there is a overfill sensor that is connected to a red light and audible alarm. That when the tank was filled from the previous night before,It did not activate. The fire patterns were only at the top of the filler tube and where the fiberglass insulation at the top of the vault.
The problem I keep coming up with is the vapor,It would be at its UEL therefore too rich to ignite and the vapor overpressure was from inside of the tank.
The fire suppression personel stated the flame was emanattine from the filler tubes.
How does the vapor reach it's stoichiometric air to fuel mass ratio, for ignition and combustion inside of the tank?
The plausible explanation would be Nick's scenario for igntion.
