What definition of an incendiary device are you using?

Some definitions of an incendiary device include the term inflammable.

I am not familiar with the contents or the reactions, but it is clear that a rapid pressure rise is occurring in a fixed volume. This generally can result through an exothermic reaction that increases the temperature and thus, the pressure and/or it can result from an increase in the moles of the product. In either case, I would not describe the results shown in the video as being produced by inflammable contents.
