I am aware of that and was long ago. My question was posed as to the criminal charge as Jim initially posed its' relation to. An incendicary device, as Jim noted and Eric and Doug expounded upon, was improperly cited. So as I orignally stated, if one was to use a dry ice bomb as a weapon for destruction of proerpty or to cause bodily harm, what would it be classified as in the terms of the "bomb"? An IED? It is "improvised" and does explode.
