This information is from deposition and direct trial testimony under oath.
The plaintiff's fire expert witness thestified, to this in trial.
The theory is that transformer mineral oil, with a flash point of 135C (275F), an autoignition temp of 260-370 C (500-698F) and a Boiling Point of 260-330C (500-626F).
This his testimony that the when the transformer failed the mineral oil came out of the transformers inspection hole at 1000 C or 1800 F as a straight stream "Like a mortar round that it landed on an acrylic skylight"that it burned through the skylight in four minutes dropped down the skylight shaft, then ignited three wardrobe boxes filled with costumes and that the wardrobe boxes ignited and burned through the door and through the walls and ceiling but not back up through the burned out skylight 2X4 foot skylight.

When asked if he knew the ratings on the walls, doors and ceilings, his testimony it was not relevant to know the ratings.
This is after spending 250 hours investigating this fire! The structure was 153 feet long and 53 feet wide and the fire only involved the second floor.
The doors were one hour rated the walls had two sheets of 5/8's gypsum and the ceiling tiles were rated.

When asked if performed any test he stated yes! I could not get the mineral oil to ignite so I poured lacquer thinner in the mineral oil, and then it igntied and the skylight burned in four minutes.
Then the fire spread out of the room 12feet X 10feet into the hallway in ten minutes and spread througout the entire floor.

He then stated his theory was peer reviewed by The authority in fire investigation.

Here comes the fun part, his testimony is that a world famous fire scientist was a paid consultant came to the fire scene ( confirmed by photo's of the scientist) and agreed with his theory that the mineral oilcame out in a straight stream at 1000 C and that adding the mineral oil was acceptable.

Here is are some clues to who the scientist is. He has a degree in Physics aminor in criminalistcs has his Ph.D in Forensic Science authored on fire investigation book a couple of editions and co-authored another book with another Ph.D on re-costruction of fire scenes and was on the 921 committee is a certified fire investigator, has tesifed as an expert witness throughout the world.
I guess you have to be careful on who peer reviews you opinions.

Best regards, Tony
