What happens within an organisation when there are two widely differing opinions? Who should give the evidence?
I have experienced it within my own organisation; it was easer to 'go along' with the prevailing opinion (despite its inconsistencies) rather than a differing one (accounting for these inconsistencies) after a peer review.
You can be risking your career if you do not get in line, what would you do?
