David, when I took it a few years back I found that on 5 or 6 occasions that questions that I wasn't sure about were answered later in the test by being asked in a different way which gave you a previous answer repackaged in a later question... if that makes sense.
Also, there was some poor questions....They may have been fixed by now, but go with the answer that you think they want...For instance
The most important interview is the: (and I'm making it up)
A owner
b. owners son
c. owners accountant
Well, the most important interview is the one that forwards your investigation and it can certainly be any of the above depending on the situation. Of course if the question had read the most important interview is MOST OFTEN:
then the answer would be A. My point is don't over think a poorly worded question because it is not that way to trick you. Again, I made a note of the problems and it may have been corrected. Oh, and I was also glad that I brushed up on my HazMat placards.
