Better question - what amount of energy was available at that time... one does not know, nor will they ever know. Unless proper metering equipment is available at the time of explosion, one cannot state. Rather, all they can state is that the minimum amount of required energy for ignition was present. If the 921 value is wrong by 20%, does it really matter? The explosion still happened.
