Problem is that it is not a trick question from an attorney. As an expert, if you choose to use these numbers, you should know they are not absolute for all situations. You as an expert should know there is a plus or minus factor. What I would like to ensure is that person using this document have all necessary information to go along with what is in the document before they use it.

As to what it matters, it is the expert giving accurate information. When a person’s life or livelihood is at stake I believe it is very important.
