Let's face it, even the great National Fire Protection Association has come to understand they cannot go against every individual that copies and uses their codes. They have taken a different direction. Rather than going to court they have protected the document to where it cannot be copied. They have made it harder, but not impossible, for the person to copy sections of the code and attach to a document.
