I bring this up because I just took the excellent 1033/921 module and got a 92% on the test. I found this unusual since I was the principal author of almost all of the 1033 and 921 sections which were discussed. I was very curious if I had misread the questions or answers, or if the "correct" answers were actually correct.

As to CFEI test-takers not being able to find out which questions they missed: If the CFEI examination is taken off-site with a proctor, the tests are actually graded in the NAFI office, so it is difficult to notify the CFEI exactly which questions were missed. If, however, the test is taken in conjunction with one of the 5-7 on-site training programs run or co-sponsored by NAFI each year, the tests are graded on-site immediately after the examination session, and the participants and instructors almost always get a chance to discuss the results. We consider this an integral part of the leaning process. Unfortunately it is not readily workable with off-site testing.

By the way, as with all of the CFITrainer modules which I have taken, this one was also excellant, and contained a wealth of information that every fire investigator should know.

This module actually comes with in a "hair's breadth" of calling 921 the "Standard of Care."
