I was not threatening you. You have nothing to fear. I was merely trying to point out that personal and professional attacks under the “dark of night” of a hidden identity and hidden agenda are not the actions of an honorable or courageous man. I do applaud your finally identifying yourself, so that now we all can see your reasons for the original post and your deeply held concerns about the court’s ruling.

I am sincerely sorry for your loss. A loss made even more tragic by the incarceration of a person, when in fact there was no creditable evidence against her or even that an arson had occurred. A loss made even more tragic by the incompetent investigations of the fire which resulted in your son’s death. A series of investigations which now prevents you from actually getting justice and closure by identifying the actual cause and whoever or whatever was truly responsible for the fire. Ultimately, as of now, your ex-wife has received justice, delayed, but justice none-the-less. Unfortunately, now you never will, not because of John Lentini, but because of the original and subsequent investigators.

I did, indeed, review the various fire investigation reports, and pseudo-scientific analyses which were performed. This review was conducted before this subject ever came up on this forum. My conclusions about the “science,” mathematics, methodology, modeling, analyses, and conclusions of those investigations was essentially the same as Messrs. Lentini, Carpenter, Barnes, and the court. This was a terrible investigation.

Unfortunately, your libels continue, against John Lentini, the judge, the defense lawyer, and lawyers and fire investigators in general. Also unfortunately, you have now “outed” John DeHaan and his judicially repudiated work on the case, something which John Lentini did not do.
