You are right and it should be the standard. The problem is not explaining how it's explaining it to someone that does not think your explanation is good enough for one reason or another. This is the second post that describes how a supperior thinks with all the training why can't you have something other then undetermined. What explanation for pressure from supperiors not being satisified with a ruling of undetermined can there be. It's agenda. You can not let pressure from agenda sway a decision one way or the other. Undetermined is a perfectly acceptable ruling. 921 It should be the standard.
