I agree with Mike in general.
If anyone else agrees, HERE IS THE ANSWER.
Forms and instructions for public comments can be found in the rear of 921 or on the NFPA website.
Submit public comments before the deadline for public comments of March 2, 2007.
I believe that there are many issues in the Report on Proposals, in addition to those mentioned by Mike, that could be argued from both sides.

As I have posted here many times before: grousing and complaining about 921, whether it’s a guide or a standard, whether its technically correct, whether its incomplete or too comprehensive, does indeed have some value, but those who only complain and do not participate to correct these perceived shortcomings have little moral authority to support their contentions.
