Hello, My comments are along the lines of the others above except for one item.
What do they call females who work in the fire service in your state? You use the word fireMEN and fireMAN throughout. Is this fire setting a male problem only? Interesting.......if it is.
There are many dedicated career professional, non-career paid-on-call, or volunteer females and males involved with the fire services, in many ranks, in the USA. We prefer to be called FIREFIGHTERS working together..............
