If an investigator is trying to deprive someone of their liberty, or there insurance claim so they can rebuild there home or business, and they fail to follow, a "standard", "paradigm", or methodologies that are "generally accepted", then if impeaching and discrediting these opinions means you are punishing them, then I am all for it.
