That’s ridiculous. How about the state laws which adopt the National Electric Code or the National Fuel Gas Code, are they not authoritative because one anonymous employee of the NFPA made some comment one time in some testimony. You know, you have used that same paraphrased, unsubstantiated testimony to support several others of your opinions. How about a citation, a transcript, or even the name of this amorphous testifier? Your previous attempts at “argument by paraphrase” have been less than satisfying.
